One of the NAMC-UM’s primary objectives is to actively pursue educational and training programs designed to enhance the competitiveness of our members.
NAMC-UM implements training initiatives for minority contractors by partnering with organizations including:
• Associated General Contractors of Minnesota
• Association of Women Contractors
• Metropolitan Economic Development Association (MEDA)
• Midwest Minority Supplier Development Council
These training programs help our member Minority Contractors achieve excellence, positioning them to be successful in procuring contracts and providing jobs in both the public and private sector.
