He holds a degree in construction management from Lake Superior Community College and has a residential General Contractors License for New Image Construction. As your President for the 2016 term, I plan to move this organization forward with the help of a great and dedicated board.

Be Graceful Bakery and Catering, LLC is in the business of satisfying its customers by providing breakfast lunch, dinner or box lunches for meetings, celebrations, retirements, board meetings, and concessions. BGBC LLC started in September of 2013.

Faith Crump is the President of Cross Cultural Business Resources, LLC, a Traffic Control Company based in Savage, MN. Faith had served in different capacities in Traffic Control area for 5 years.She has held key roles in Management and Accounting for the last 25 years serving corporate companies, non-profit, government agencies and local agency.
Formerly with the Minnesota Department of Transportation, I have broad understanding in and familiarity with transportation planning, design and construction. I am President and owner of Pioneer Asphalt Technologies, LLC (PAT), a Full Depth Asphalt Reclamation (recycling) company producing tested onsite base course roadway material for contractors in industry. Ramona Wilson is a professional leader with experience in the for profit and non- profit business sector. In 2013, Ramona joined Knutson Construction as the Diversity Manager. where she has the responsibilities of ensuring Knutson Construction meets it’s the diversity contract and workforce Inclusion goads. In 2015, Ramona was promoted to Diversity Director.
Sheila Scott is a member of the Office of Equity In Procurement, which administers the Small Business Procurement Program (Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), Veteran and Service Disabled Veteran certifications (VO)) for the Office of State Procurement at the Department of Administration. Her responsibilities encompass all phases of TG/ED/VO program administration, from initial eligibility reviews and certification of firms, to the setting and monitoring of TG participation goals assigned to State of Minnesota construction, professional and technical services contracts. She previously worked at MnDOT in the Office of Civil Rights, in the DBE program; the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, in workforce compliance and complaint investigation; and the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry in the Contract Codes and Licensing Division (CCLD).
Ms. Scott is an attorney and has performed federal and state public defense work as well as employment, civil rights, and other areas of law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Scott worked for several different labor unions as organizer and educator, and continues to be an active member of the labor movement with various leadership activities through the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees (MAPE).
